這一次的版本主要的修改主軸是：集中在 OCI 支持和樣板函數的增加
- 樣板函數的部分主要增加了 20 多個的函數，詳細的部分可以參考 spring 的 列表
- 在
helm dep build命令增加了--skip-refresh，避免本地的 repository cache 不會刷新 - 增加
--wait-for-jobs，當同時使用--wait的時候會等待所有的 jobs 都完成 - 增加
--kube-cafile和環境變數HELM_KUBECAFILE來指定連接 Kuberenets 的 CA 認證
